Dr. Maria Czyzyk-Krzeska, Professor in the Department of Cancer Biology, has been awarded an R01 grant from the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health. The grant entitled “Metabolic effects of cooper in renal cancer" aims to determine the mechanisms contributing to tumor progression in clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
