UC Researchers Learning About Breast Cancer Causes

Video segment includes comments from Susan Pinney, PhD, UC Department of Environmental Health.

If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with breast cancer, a special event might help you learn more about the causes. It could also help you learn what you can do to lower your own risk. If you have ever wondered what’s in the environment that might be linked to breast cancer, this is the event for you. It's a community education program put together by specialists working with the UC Cancer Institute. It's called "Looking Upstream for Breast Cancer Health" and it's an event set for Saturday, March 5, to share information that hundreds of survivors want others to know about. They are part of the Breast Cancer Registry of greater Cincinnati.
