Dr. Bryant is a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati. She completed her MPH and MD at Columbia, her Emergency Medicine residency at NYU-Bellevue Hospital, and her Master's in Medical Education here at Cincinnati Children's. She
co-directs the departmental Section on Global Health, runs the third year medical student Emergency Medicine clerkship, and the Intern Report Program for the residency, where she focuses on helping build confidence, knowledge, and
skills among the interns as they begin their residency. She has worked as an emergency physician in Ghana, Guatemala, and Guyana.

Dr. Gawron is a thirdv year emergency medicine resident. He was born and raised in Michigan and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. He then completed medical school at Georgetown University in Washington,
DC before coming to Cincinnati for residency. His interests include sports medicine and medical education.
Anita Goel, MD

Dr Goel is a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati. She is a Cincinnati native, and attended undergrad, medical school, and residency all in Cincinnati. Her academic interests include education of medical students and early resident
training. She also works with the Medical Student Scholars program with the College of Medicine to help develop medical student skills in a more longitudinal fashion. Outside of medicine she enjoys riding horses and spending time with
her husband and her two young children.

Dr. Ronan-Bentle is the Career Advisor for Senior Medical Students in the College of Medicine. She is a graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed residency in the University of Cincinnati's Department of Emergency
Medicine. Dr. Ronan has been an educator throughout here career and is particularly interested in helping senior medical students transition to being successful residents.
Christopher Shaw, MD

Dr. Shaw is a reformed ski bum who grew up in the wilds of north Idaho prior to wandering west for medical school at the University of Washington. He aims to split his time between the medical ICU and emergency department as a clinical
