Simulation Center

IT & Research Opportunities

The Simulation Center offers dynamic space and technology to help support research protocols where appropriate.

The Center utilizes the Arcadia Total Skills Center to manage simulation sessions. The Total Skills Center automates and manages the complete clinical skills training and exam process from student management and session scheduling through case and questionnaire development and then on to scores and final reports for all learners.

Our 16 examination rooms are equipped with cameras to digitally record all encounters for the option of review and self evaluation and quality control. Each examination room is equipped with computer technology both inside and out of the room to allow both learners and standardized patients access to the Total Skills Center to record session required tasks.

The Simulation Center has a designated IT specialist on staff to provide complete support for all technology.

To learn more about using the Simulation Center to support your research project or for more information about our information technology, please call us at 513-558-7726.
