Social Determinant of Health Focus	The Hamilton County Health Department has documented struggles with patient adherence to tuberculosis medication regimens within their tuberculosis clinic, stating health education as a contributing factor to the lack of adherence. A such, our team's service objective and SDH focus was health education, with the objective to create an educational resource with accurate and understandable information that could be disseminated to patients.
