Social Determinant of Health Focus Brighton Center is a non-profit organization that addresses economic stability, education access, built environment, and social and community context in order to help individuals and families reach self-sufficiency. Our service-learning project centered around improving awareness and accessibility of community resources in order to better achieve these goals.
