Social Determinant of Health Focus | Brighton Center is a community based non-profit organization whose mission is to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency by providing critical programs through the Homeward Bound shelter for unhoused youth, a food pantry, thrift store, workforce development, and leadership training. We addressed the issue of cultural competency in child neglect reporting, which aligns with the social determinants of health of culture and health services. |
