The Center for Student Success (CSS) works to identify and recruit a diverse student body of future leaders in the fields of clinical practice (including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and other healthcare professions), medical research, and public health.  Once a Bearcat, students are provided with academic and career advisement that is precise, consistent, and prompt through collaborative relationships.  Students are encouraged and supported as they build the skills to determine their pathway to success.  This support includes referring and connecting students to various tools, experiences, organizations, and individuals.  The Center for Student Success enables the Bearcat Promise that all students graduate with a degree in one hand and a plan for their career and professional development in the other.
