Medical Sciences is an innovative major within the College of Medicine that provides students with integrated academic, experiential, and mentored opportunities to prepare them for advanced training in medicine and the biomedical sciences. In addition to taking courses that are required for the major, students choose from a broad range of elective courses. In consultation with an academic advisor, each student creates an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that best meets their career objectives.
