Salary, healthcare coverage, and malpractice insurance are covered through the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. There are 2 weeks of vacation per year. The salary is commensurate to the post-graduate year training. Fellows are supported to attend the ASSH annual meeting and one mission trip throughout the year.
