Research Interests

Clinical practice includes pediatric acquired brain injury, which consists primarily of traumatic brain injury, but also includes other mechanisms of injury including hypoxic injuries, inflammatory and infectious injuries, drowning, and other mechanisms.
Research interests primarily include animal models for studying traumatic brain injury recovery, and metabolism/metabolomics of chronic brain injury.
