Community Advisory Board

The University of Cincinnati Cancer Center’s Community Advisory Board (CAB) is a comprehensive and representative group of well-informed volunteer community members who advise and inform our Cancer Center’s outreach and programmatic efforts, to assist in communicating our community's needs to better understand and serve our communities, and collaborate with us to achieve our goal of reducing the impact and burden of cancer in our region.

Together, work to meaningfully engage our communities in prevention, clinical care, and research to enhance efforts to reduce the cancer burden in our communities and beyond.

• Building partnerships to amplify the work already being done in our region so that together we can make a difference.
• Connecting community members and community organizations directly to researchers and clinicians at the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center.
• Increasing the quality and quantity of accessible patient-centered cancer care.
• Together we hope to better address the cancer-related challenges in our region, and over time, reduce the overall burden of cancer.
