This is a 3.5-day immersive, experiential retreat November 17-20, 2022, during which faculty/staff participants are trained to lead Mind-Body Skills groups. Registration fee covers all lodging, meals, and program materials. Participants are expected to attend the entire training (5 PM on Day 1 to 4 PM on Day 4)
