Summer Housing & Dorms
Students with appointments to a summer research program may sign up for a dormitory room or may search for apartments and summer sublets at www.apartmentfrog.com searching under University of Cincinnati Main Campus. Summer dorms are available at UC only after June 18. We have reserved a block of rooms at each of the below school’s summer housing, so be sure to let them know you are with the UC-SURF program when leasing your room. We are here to help you with your summer housing but you are ultimately responsible for reserving and providing the required payment.

Sunday check-in, Saturday check-out – pay for entire week, no refunds or prorating. No Daily rates. On Metro bus route which costs 50 cents each way to go from the dorm to the Medical School campus and about 5 minutes away.
*Note: Since the rates are much lower than UC, you may opt to stay at Xavier University or Hebrew Union rather than moving to UC Dorms when they open June 18. If you are interested, inquire with the housing director at time of reservation.

Transportation from Main Campus to the Academic Health Center
The free Campus Express Shuttle arrives at 5-minute intervals to provide easy access between the UC Academic Health Center and the UC Main Campus.
*How Do I Travel Back and Forth?
There is not a shuttle that runs from Xavier's campus to the UC Academic Health Center area. However, Cincinnati Metro bus stops within one or two blocks from campus; this is what most summer interns use to get back and forth. The cost is very inexpensive.
