The team is charged with making recommendations to the steering committee
regarding:

• Strengthening the infrastructure for translational and multidisciplinary research
• Developing educational approaches for translational/interdisciplinary research
• Developing outcomes measures/approaches
• Enhancing and promoting quality
• Strengthening translational research programs to include both: a) bench to bedside and b) bedside to community
• Building innovative programs
• Expanding the research funding portfolio
• Using the CTSA as a structure for future development
