Organizational Development, Structure and Capability Committee:

The team is charged with making recommendations to the steering committee
regarding:

• Making improvements to UC, UCP, TUH organizational structure
• Developing a structure, relationship and incentives that will enhance and build the "brand" of UC, UCP, TUH in its services and partnering with community hospitals and physicians
• Enhancing functional and programmatic relationships with Children's Hospital
• Continuing to develop relationships with VA and Shriners
• Improving faculty and staff morale and organizational culture
• Strengthening communication and transparency within and across the organization
• Capitalizing on UC/UCP/TUH's role as the academic-teaching-referral healthcare organization in the region
• Emphasizing quality, performance improvement and patient safety initiatives as pillars of our culture
