Summer Neuroscience Experience (09 Application is available)

The Summer Neuroscience Experience is a 10 day intensive

experience for college students to learn more about basic neuroscience as well the clinical areas of Psychiatry, Neurology, and Neurosurgery through lectures, observation, and hands-on experiences.

This is a great experience for any pre-medical student interested in learning more about neuroscience and medicine in general. SNE students are given special access to areas rarely visited by undergraduates.

GOALS

· To learn more about diseases and injuries of the brain and nervous system.

· To learn how Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and Neurosurgeons care for patients.

· To expose students to new innovative technical developments in neuroscience.
