Verifications
*Please note: All residency and fellowship verifications must be in writing. Send an e-mail request to gmeverify@healthall.com. The request must include a signed release form, full name (first, middle, last, maiden name if applicable) date of birth, and name of residency or fellowship program. We no longer accept faxed verifications as of September 14, 2007.
The Office of Graduate Medical Education will only verify dates of service.
