Intranet Login

The Department of Radiology's Intranet  Home page is a secure site providing access to key departmental information.  Committee meeting minutes can be accessed by faculty with log-in privileges.

Username:  

Your Username is generally the first 6 characters of your last name, the first character of your first name and the first character of your middle name.

Password:  

Unless you have previously changed it on this system, your password is the first 4 digits of your birthdate (in mmdd format) followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number.
