Felson Lectureship

These lectures honor Benjamin Felson, MD. His scientific, educational and societal
contributions are legend and he was extraordinarily charismatic. Felson was the best known radiologist of his time and certainly one of the great individuals of the last century.

Fortunately this was universally recognized during his lifetime and he was appropriately honored (Felson Chair, Felson Lecture). He was really special, everyone knew it and Ben knew it too.

Ben Felson died on Oct. 22, 1988; however, his contributions to the field of
radiology live on today. His commitment to residency education continues to be a major strength of UC Radiology.

The Felson Lecture is a tribute to this unique radiologist and special human being.
