Dr. Choe graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics in 1981. She completed her medical training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1987 and her internship in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical Center in 1988. She was a Research Fellow in the Department of Radiology at Michigan State University in 1989.
Dr. Choe completed her Residency at Yale - New Haven Hospital in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine in 1993 serving as Chief Resident during her last year. Subsequently, Dr. Choe completed a Fellowship in Body MRI and Cross-Sectional Imaging in the Department of Radiology at Yale University in 1994.
During her Fellowship, Dr. Choe was appointed as an Instructor of Radiology in Department of Radiology at Yale University. In 1994 she joined the University of Cincinnati, Department of Radiology as an Assistant Professor of Radiology. In 1996, Dr. Choe was appointed as an Assistant Director of the Radiology Residency. The following year, Dr. Choe
was appointed at the Director of the Radiology Residency held that position
until July 1, 2003. Dr. Choe is
becoming more involved with emerging MR technique development and research,
including Cardiac MRI and Fetal MRI.
