She performed all aspects of radiology in private practice from 2001-2003, and then returned to academic radiology as both a neuroradiology and breast radiology subspecialist. Recently, she has once again limited her practice to neuroradiology.Dr. Cornelius has been a subspecialist in Neuroradiology since 1991 and, during this time, acquired a strong interest in Head and Neck imaging. Over the years, she has had an active role in the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology and is currently a member of the education committee and the program committee of the ASHNR, in charge of the “Case of the Day” presentations at the annual meeting. Dr. Cornelius is now in the process of developing and implementing a dedicated head and neck rotation for the UC Neuroradiology Fellowship Program, to begin in July 2009.Dr. Cornelius has been actively involved with the American Board of Radiology in a number of roles. Annually, since 1993, she has been an oral examiner for Neuroradiology section of the ABR oral exam and the Neuroradiology CAQ exam.
