Achala Vagal
is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University Of Cincinnati
School Of Medicine. Dr Achala Vagal, M.D attended medical
school at Grant Medical College, Mumbai, India and completed her
Radiology Residency at Lokmanya Tilak Medical College and General Hospital,
Mumbai, India. She completed a Neuroradiology Fellowship in 2004 and Body
Imaging fellowship in 2005 at the University of Cincinnati.
She is certified by the
American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology.
Dr. Vagal is a member of
Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society,
the American Society of Neuroradiology and American Society of Head and Neck
Radiology. She has multiple presentations and publications to her credit.
Areas of subspecialty interest include: Dual source CT imaging and Brain CT
Perfusion.
