How to Apply

We are delighted that you are considering the University of Cincinnati’s graduate program in medical physics.

The program’s accreditation by CAMPEP (accrediting body of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine) is a big step for this well-established program, and the faculty are pleased that students can now rely on external validation of their studies for a more secure future in their careers as medical physicists.

There is a simple two-step process to follow in order to successfully apply to the program:

 

Step 1:

Materials submitted online and/or directly to the University of Cincinnati Graduate School.

  • Online application, including:
    -Personal statement of intent (academic goals & objectives),
    -Three (3) letters of recommendation from physics faculty or employers.
    -For those who graduated more than two years ago, please submit a CV or resume, detailing your occupation and activities since graduation. CV is optional for current students or recent graduates.

  • Online application fee

  • Test scores (GRE & TOEFL). The ETS/GRE code for the University of Cincinnati’s Graduate School: 1833.

  • Apply online at grad.uc.edu/admissions
