Former MCP Student Returns to Deliver Lecture

Former student in Molecular and Cellular Physiology, Dr Trey Thorne returns to UC today to deliver a special lecture on government research in the Research Careers series. Dr. Thorne, who has participated in several government research projects including research on chemical warfare agents, works for the United States Army as a Product Manager responsible for the support of production and procurement of medical products to protect military personnel. He works closely with contractors and the Food and Drug Administration to ensure compliance with all safety regulations for product licensure.
