Amy Collins, MD EMail

Amy grew up in Asheville, NC; both of her parents are science teachers at Warren Wilson College.  She attended medical school at Washington University in St Louis.  She loves the outdoors: hiking, biking, camping, and canoeing.  Her other hobbies include knitting, sewing, and a guilty passion for Agatha Christie mystery novels. She is currently in her first year of residency.

Sara Kritzer, MD EMail

Sara was born and raised in Solon, Ohio.  She attended Ohio University where she received a B.S in Biology and went on to earn her M.D at University of Cincinnati.  She is currently in her first year of residency. She is a die hard Cleveland sports fan and loves to travel.

Kristin Magner, MD EMail

Kristin Magner, born in Bloomington, Indiana, completed her undergraduate training in 2005 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with degrees in both finance and chemistry.  Kristin completed her medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine before beginning her first year residency.  She has a special interest in cost-effective medicine and meta-analysis of evidence-based medicine, especially as they pertain to obstetrics and gynecology.  Kristin is married to Mark Magner, who is a neurosurgery resident at University Hospital.  In her free time, she enjoys running, outdoor activities, reading, and cooking.

Heather Masters, MD EMail

Heather was born and raised in Avon, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis.  She attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she ran cross country and graduated magna cuma laude with a B.S. in Natural Sciences with a biology focus.  She received her M.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.  Heather is currently in her first year of residency, and has been married to Josh for four years.  She is interested in teen pregnancy and maternal fetal medicine.

Krista Pfaendler, MD EMail

Krista was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania.  She earned her B.A. in Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and her M.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.  Krista is interested in gynecologic oncology and international health and took a leave of absence during medical school to pursue those interests doing cervical cancer research in Lusaka, Zambia as a Fogarty International Clinical Research Scholar.  She is currently in her first year of residency.
