Sarcoidosis

Findings:
Axial MR images show abnormally thickened and enhancing dura, predominantly on the right. Hypointensity is present in this area on the T2WI. The pituitary stalk is slightly thickened.

Differential Diagnosis:
TB, sarcoidosis, meningeal carcinomatosis.

Discussion:
Leptomeningeal  disease is a common manifestation of neurosarcoidosis. Hypophysitis may also be seen. For more detailed discussion, please refer to unknown #51.
