Meet the GRR Course Directors

 

ronanSarah Ronan-Bentle, MD

Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine

Dr. Ronan-Bentle is the Career Advisor for Senior Medical Students in the College of Medicine. She is a graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed residency in the University of Cincinnati's Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Ronan has been an educator throughout here career and is particularly interested in helping senior medical students transition to being successful residents.

 

bryantWhitney Bryant, MD MPH MEd

Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine

Dr. Bryant is in her seventh year as a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati. She runs the Intern Report Program for the residency where she focuses on helping build confidence, knowledge, and skills among the interns as they being their experience as physicians. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at NYU-Bellevue Hospital and completed her Masters of Education here in Cincinnati.

 

goelAnita Goel, MD

Emergency Medicine Resident

Dr. Goel is a fourth year Emergency Medicine resident who is a Cincinnati native, and attended both undergrad and medical school in Cincinnati as well. Her academic interests include education of medical students and early resident training. She also works with the Medical Student Scholars program with the College of Medicine to help develop medical student skills in a more longitudinal fashion. Outside of medicine she enjoys riding horses and spending time with her husband and 2 year old son.

 

lagasseGrace Lagasse, MD

Emergency Medicine Resident

Dr. Lagasse is a fourth year Emergency Medicine resident who was born and raised near Philadelphia, PA. She attended medical school at Temple University and enjoys traveling and Global Health Medicine.

 

titoneLauren Titone, MD

Emergency Medicine Resident

Dr, Titone is a fourth year Emergency Medicine resident who hails from Long Island, New York. She attended the University of Notre Dame for undergrad where she became obsessed with the craziness that is college football. She moved back to the east coast for medical school where she attended SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.

Emergency Medicine Resident

Dr. Golden is a second year emergency medicine resident who grew up around Chicago, IL. He attended Purdue University for his undergraduate education and the University of Chicago for medical school. His academic interests include medical student education, specifically in the areas of curriculum development and feedback and assessment.

Emergency Medicine Resident

Dr. Nagel is a second year EM resident. He grew up in Southern Illinois and went to Notre Dame for undergrad. Prior to medical school at the University of Michigan, he was a high school teacher in the Mississippi Delta with Teach for America. He is looking forward to teaching and helping transition the students to become amazing interns!

Emergency Medicine Resident

Dr. Klaszky is a second year emergency medicine resident who was born in New Jersey, and completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Rutgers University. He then completed medical school at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA before starting his residency here in Cincinnati. His interests include critical care and clinical education, specifically in bedside clinical teaching as well as ultrasonography.
