INFECTIOUS DISEASES:

Fungal Pathogenesis

Research in fungal pathogenesis in the Dept. of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine is based in the laboratories of Dr. David Askew and Dr. Judith Rhodes. These investigators are interested in aspects of fungal physiology that contribute to the growth and virulence of the opportunistic fungal pathogen, Aspergillus fumigatus.
