(Isolation of one of your microorganisms):

1. A reminder to subgroup 1: bring the culturette specimen to the afternoon lab.

2. Minor correction in the text on page 23 under Materials no. 3 (subgroups 2 and 3): since this year each student will be isolating only one of the organisms, this text should be changed from plural to singular, to read: "A tube containing a moist sterile swab for use in isolation of a Gram-positive coccus (a Staphylococcus sp. or a Streptococcus sp.) is provided in the lab (Subgroups 2 and 3)." (Sorry about that).
