Brewer is a Research Associate at the Institute. He has worked as a computer systems analyst at the University of Cincinnati since 1995. Prior to that, Dave worked at General Electric as a senior programmer / analyst for ten years. Dave is familiar with a variety of computer languages, especially SAS and COBOL. His experience includes file management, data verification, and mainframe applications programs / systems for computational billing.
